Artist BIO

My name is Javier Castillo, I am from Colombia, I was born in Bogota. I have been painting for about 30 years, my work is inspired by the beauty of nature, trying to capture from my artistic point of view the sublime moment that can move the viewer's senses. I am currently working on a series of oil landscapes and textures typical of my country Colombia. Every day we learn from nature and the world around us and the source of inspiration is infinite. I have exhibited my work through artistic events in shopping centers such as UNICENTRO and Girardot House of Culture.
